2.     steel shutter filing cabinets, steel library series:

  Warranty: shutter fracture, obstacles on track.

3.     Chair series:

  Warranty: pneumatic lifting equipment damage, casters damage or loss, cushion or back fracture, and so on.

4.     Staff table series:

Warranty: surface fracture, edge degumming, accessories  broken, push-pull the drawer is not smooth.

If products have these conditions, please contact the maintenance department of our company, we will maintenance onsite in two days after we received customer calls except in special circumstances,.

4            customer responsibility

Customers should cherish furniture, use furniture proper. If the damage is man-made, the maintenance is not free. But we would provide the necessary services, appropriate charges.

为维护客户的权益，本公司除提供优质产品外，亦承诺5年的产品品质保证期及产品终身维修服务。

一、   本公司承诺所售出的一切产品均为品质合格无明显瑕疵，并保证在非人为因素下至少5年的产品保用。

二、  保修细则：

1、大班台、会议台类：

保修范围：台面断裂、脱胶、配件损块、抽屉推拉不顺畅等。

 

2、钢制卷帘文件柜、钢制文件库类：

保修范围：卷帘断裂、进出阻碍、路轨不畅等。

 

3、椅类：

保修范围：气压升降装置损坏、脚轮损坏脱落、椅座、椅背断裂等。

 

4、  职员台系列：

保修范围：台面崩裂、封边脱落、配件损坏、抽屉推拉不畅等。

 

三、   保修服务

若产品有上述问题，请与我公司维修部联系，除特殊情况外，本公司承诺接到客户电话1-2天内上门即时维修。

 

四、   客户责任

客户应爱惜家具，正确使用。若人为损坏，不在公司免费维修之列。但可提供所需服务，酌情收费。
